BNXN aka Buju, born Daniel Etiese Benson on 14 May 1997, is a Nigerian Afro fusion singer, songwriter, and performer. He was born in Lagos State and hails from Akwa Ibom State. BNXN spent his early years in Gbagada, Lagos, before relocating with his family to Ogun State. He developed an interest in music at a young age, drawing inspiration from artists such as 2Baba and Burna Boy.

During his secondary school years, he wrote songs, participated in choir activities, and performed at school events. He later attended Babcock University, where he further developed his passion for music.

Rise to Fame

BNXN's breakthrough came in 2019 when his song "Spiritual" featuring Zlatan Ibile gained widespread attention. The success of the track established him as one of Nigeria's most promising new talents. He later collaborated with Burna Boy on the remix of "L'enu", a move that significantly boosted his profile in the industry.
