Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, popularly known as Nedu Wazobia, is a Nigerian on-air personality, comedian, actor, and content creator. Born on August 5, 1982, in Kaduna, Nigeria, he pursued a degree in accounting at Madonna University in Anambra State. During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program, Nedu worked as an on-air personality at a radio station in Jigawa. He later transitioned to a role as a site manager in Abuja before moving to Lagos to focus on broadcasting and entertainment.
Nedu is best known for his work at Wazobia FM 94.1 Lagos, where he delivers daily news in Pidgin English. He has created several comedic personas, including Sister Nkechi, Alhaji Musa, EndTime Landlord, and Officer Jato, which have garnered him a substantial following on social media. As of January 11, 2025, his Instagram account boasts over 3.6 million followers.
In addition to his radio career, Nedu has appeared in various Nigerian films, such as "Isoken" (2017), "King of Boys" (2018), and "Chief Daddy" (2018). He has also served as a brand ambassador for companies like MTN, Fidelity Bank, Quickteller, and Sun Lottery.
Nedu was married to Uzoamaka Ohiri from 2013 to 2018, and they have three children together.
In February 2025, Nedu resigned from his role as host of "The Honest Bunch" podcast following allegations of misconduct.

She alleged that he physically assaulted her, even while she was recovering from childbirth. In response, Nedu denied the allegations and revealed that a DNA test showed that their first child was not biologically his. This revelation shocked the public and led to heated debates on social media.
Podcast Backlash (2023 - 2024): As the host of The Honest Bunch podcast, Nedu often made controversial statements about relationships, marriage, and gender roles. Some of his comments about women, particularly in regard to "runs girls" (women allegedly seeking financial gain from men), sparked outrage and accusations of misogyny.
Resignation from "The Honest Bunch" Podcast (2025): In February 2025, Nedu resigned from his role as the host of The Honest Buncpodcast amid allegations of misconduct.
