King Ochacho, born Adah Mohamed Usman also known as King Mohammed Adah or King Mo on August 25, 1977, is a Nigerian businessman, real estate developer, philanthropist, and Chairman of the Ochacho Group of Companies. Born in Kaduna State and originally from Otukpo, Benue State, he belongs to the Idoma ethnic group. Although raised away from the public eye, his early years in Otukpo played a significant role in shaping the relationships and values that later influenced his business success and philanthropic work.

He is the son of Elder Benson Adah and Hajiya Hauwa Ali Ochacho Aloga, with the name "Ochacho" becoming the inspiration behind his business empire. He attended Army Day Nursery and Primary School in Makurdi, St. Francis College in Otukpo, and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria. His academic background in economics provided the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey and future investments across multiple industries.

King Ochacho began his entrepreneurial journey in 2006 by founding Ayipolocho Investment Limited, a financial services company that provided loans and financial support to small businesses.
